Posting On-Line – Many job seekers have bad information posted online so we check things out for you and properly post you online so that the employer or agency has no trouble finding you and so that you can easily apply for jobs. This has been one of the most successful ways of finding a job but it does not work for everyone.

Referrals to Employers – Employers and community leaders or representatives may email or call Tina’s House with job information and we make sure that the clients we are working with know about it first or the employer knows about our client. We are also familiar with employers who hire when you have different backgrounds and knowledgeable on teaching you how to find out that information and various other techniques when you have a particular background.
